Review Student Desk and Chair Specifications
A practical checklist for preparing and comparing school furniture enquiries.
Buyer checklist
1. Start with the users and room
Provide the intended users, classroom layout and required dimensions. Do not rely on an age label alone when selecting furniture sizes.
2. Check the configuration
Confirm desk and seat heights, adjustment settings, worktop dimensions, material thicknesses, finishes and accessories.
3. Review documented performance
If a standard or test is required, check the report number, tested model, configuration and edition. Confirm any differences between the sample and the proposed order.
4. Evaluate samples
Agree the sample scope and costs. Review assembly, finish, stability, adjustment controls and suitability for the intended use.
5. Keep a final specification
Record the approved drawings, materials, colours, packing and warranty terms. Use a dated version that both parties can identify.
