Three variants of floor glides: smooth glide, felt insert, grip pad
— 01 / Floor glides & end caps

Protect the floor. Quiet the chair.

Every chair and desk in our range ships with protective caps fitted to the legs. The cap profile is specifiable per order — three standard options cover most floor surfaces, and all three are interchangeable across our cantilever, sled-base, and T-frame leg formats.

Smooth ABS glide
Hard polymer base for low-friction sliding on carpet and rubber-mat floors. Standard fit on stackable classroom chairs.

Felt-insert glide
Bonded felt pad inside an ABS shell. Recommended for hardwood, polished concrete, and vinyl tile floors where noise is a concern.

TPE-rubber grip pad
Non-slip thermoplastic-elastomer base. Standard fit on cantilever and adjustable-height frames where slip resistance matters.

Branded or coloured
Custom-moulded caps in your brand colour or with embossed logo available with 5,000-unit MOQ. Lead time +14 days.

Note: All caps are field-replaceable — no tools required. Spare-parts SKUs available for every leg diameter (Ø 22 / 25 / 32 / 38 mm).

All twelve colours below are stocked at the factory at all times — no MOQ premium, no lead-time penalty. Apply consistently across a school fit-out or mix per room. Custom RAL colours are available on request with a 200-unit minimum and an extra 14-day cure.

Colour reproduction on-screen is indicative only — physical swatch cards available on request. All colours undergo 7-stage anti-rust preparation before electrostatic powder coating and 200 °C cure. Tested to 1,000 hours salt-spray per ISO 9227.

— 03 / Plywood shell finishes

Beech, stained or colour-finished.

Our beech-plywood chair shells (used on HZ-CD-101, HZ-CD-205, and several legacy SKUs) are available in eleven standard finishes. The two natural-wood options retain the visible beech grain; the nine colour-finished options use a tinted UV lacquer that lets the wood texture show through subtly.

All finishes use water-based, low-VOC lacquer compliant with EN 71-3 toy-safety migration limits. Sample chips available on request — physical viewing strongly recommended before specifying a colour for a 1,000+ unit order.
