PP-shell chair

The HZ-CC-410 is our flagship adjustable single-seat set, built around a contoured polypropylene cantilever chair shell that flexes with student posture. The MDF desk top is finished in dark walnut HPL for a warmer classroom aesthetic; both the desk (640–790 mm) and the chair seat (340–460 mm) adjust on machined hole positions, allowing the same set to grow with a student across multiple school years.

Ergonomic PP cantilever shell

The polypropylene chair shell is moulded in a single piece with an S-curve back that supports the lumbar region as students lean forward to write. The cantilever steel base flexes 6–8 mm under load — enough for active sitting without feeling unstable.

Walnut HPL desk top

High-pressure laminate in a dark walnut wood-grain finish resists scratches, ink, and common solvents. The 2 mm PVC edge banding seals the MDF core against moisture at the most vulnerable points along the edges.

Multi-year adjustability

Five locking positions on the desk uprights and the chair seat post let the same set serve EN 1729 sizes 3 through 6 — roughly age 8 through adult. Stamped position markers prevent guesswork during the annual re-height at start of school year.

Integrated wire basket

A removable powder-coated steel wire basket clips under the desk top for books, files, and laptop sleeves. The basket lifts out for cleaning and can be repositioned closer to the user when handling a heavier load.
