The HZ-CD-101 pairs a classic powder-coated steel cantilever frame with a plywood desk top and a curved beech-plywood chair shell. Both desk and chair are designed for high-rotation classrooms — MIG-welded steel joints, integrated under-desk wire basket, anti-slip floor caps. Frame available in red (standard), blue, gray, white, and other RAL colours; plywood shell available in natural beech or walnut stain.
Every steel tube undergoes degreasing, shot blasting, phosphating, electrostatic powder coating, and high-temperature curing at 200 °C. The finish withstands tropical humidity, coastal salt air, and daily cleaning with standard disinfectants.
Nine cross-grain layers of beech veneer are hot-pressed under a CNC-cut mould and finished with low-VOC water-based lacquer. The shell flexes naturally with student movement without losing its ergonomic curve.
All frame intersections are MIG-welded and ground smooth, then powder-coated to hide seams. No exposed fasteners on the chair frame; the desk uses only countersunk bolts at the top-to-frame interface.
Both desk and chair ship knocked-down for efficient density (≈ 240 sets per 40HQ). On-site reassembly takes under 5 minutes per unit using the included Allen key.
