The HZ-CF-1212 is a 12-seat mobile folding cafeteria table designed for school dining halls running multiple meal services per day. Twelve injection-moulded PP stools (six per side) mount on cantilever arms that fold inward as the table top swings vertical. Two lockable end casters carry the folded unit out of the way in under 90 seconds — one operator, no tools required. HPL top, powder-coated Ø 38 mm steel frame, ABS edge banding. Available in 12 powder-coat frame colours and four standard top finishes.
A single-operator scissor mechanism with overhead lock pin folds the entire 12-seat unit vertical in under 90 seconds. The stool arms swing inward against the underframe; the top tilts to vertical and locks against the safety catch — no tools, no lifting, no second person required.
Two Ø 100 mm twin-wheel casters at one end take the load when the unit is folded. Foot-engaged brakes lock both casters during use; eight ABS protective floor caps on the non-mobile legs absorb impact and prevent floor scuffing during deployment and rotation.
The work surface is a 0.8 mm high-pressure laminate over an 18 mm dense particleboard core, finished with 2 mm ABS edge banding. The HPL resists hot service trays, acidic spills, and standard kitchen sanitisers; the ABS edges take the daily impact of cleaning carts and tray returns.
Each of the 12 stool seats is a single-piece injection-moulded polypropylene disc — no seams, no upholstery, no fasteners on the seating surface. PP resists impact, food acids, and high-pH cleaning solutions; available in eight standard colours that wipe clean of marker, ink, and dye transfer.
