Start with your procurement stage.

Planning & budgeting

Identify furniture categories, room requirements and estimated quantities. Let us know which specifications are fixed and where alternatives may be considered.

Preparing a tender

Provide the tender reference, bill of quantities, submission deadline and required documentation. Flag mandatory requirements and any sample approval dates.

Awarded projects

Share the approved specification, final quantities, destination and delivery phases so that product details and commercial terms can be reviewed.

From project brief to order review

1. Share the brief

Send product models or a BOQ, quantities by item, destination and your quotation deadline with its time zone.

2. Resolve requirements

Confirm dimensions, materials, finishes, packaging and required evidence. Any proposed alternative or specification gap should be agreed in writing.

3. Review the quotation

Check the quoted specification, currency, delivery terms, validity, exclusions and sample requirements against your procurement scope.

4. Confirm before ordering

Agree the final specification, quantities, payment terms, schedule and inspection requirements in the order documents.

Before you submit

Can you meet every tender requirement?

Requirements must be reviewed for the specific product and project. Certification coverage, document availability, customization and delivery dates require written confirmation.

How do I send drawings or tender files?

Submit the enquiry first, then email supporting files to [email protected] with the saved enquiry reference. An enquiry acknowledgement is not a quotation, bid commitment or order acceptance.

Ready to review your project?

Start with the information you have. Include your deadline so the team can assess the next steps.
